I take UtraMega Gold from GNC. I've had the best results with them. Since I generally cook for myself I tend to refine my food to the limit. I usually eat Rice pilaf, meat like shish kababs once or twice a week. Cus-cus. Freedom fries once a month. No ultra-sugary drinks, I mix my own soda from seltzer and Paradise Passion from Ocean Spray, mostly seltzer. It has replaced Cola for me.:) In the morning I mix it with a half a lemon and an orange, depending on the type of orange it makes a killer wake up call. I make a few veggie soups including borsht, pea soup, and cauliflower soup sometimes venturing into noodle country. I've pretty much maintained my weight for about 3 years, even when not exercising. In the morning usually an Indian Nan(bread) with a tomato salad. Used to be cereal but I hated the texture. I forgot to mention that I eat tomatos with almost every meal for digestion. Especially the ones with acidity, like hydroponic. Generally Indian food is pretty healthy. Russian food is not. Eat greasy stuff only once a week and you'll be fine.
