Is it just me, or are Balrog/Vegas charging moves harder to do than in other games? I am having troubles activating his claw dives- it almost seems like there is a longer charging time required or something.

Yup. Charge moves are lot harder to pull off in SvC for some odd reason. Basically you have to hold the exact direction (either down or back) instead of in-between direction (holding db to charge doesn't really work in SvC) like what most people are used to in most Capcom games.
Wow, a bad game just got worse.
