I expect better from Capcom. Maybe that's the problem. CvS2 is nowhere near as good as SvC: MotM or Capcom's own SFIII: 3S. That to me is inexcusable.Quote:

MvC2 used to be hailed as a great game and now it's considered the most broken game on the planet...but I love it and find ways to enjoy it on many levels...just because Cable dominates doesn't mean you have to use him, just because Blanka is all-powerful, doesn't mean you can't beat him...I play fighters the way I want to and use the characters I want to--there's plenty of great characters in CvS2, making it one of the better fighters out there...
At least we get new games like GGXX which is balanced very well and from what I hear, more balanced than the #Reload version...and there's always people willing to play Super Turbo out there...
I look forword to this SNK version as I have no doubt it will be solid much like the handheld version, my only beef is the small character line up and lack of interesting new characters ... they could atleast have the lineup that was in MotM, so I could play as BB Hood...

*Intro screens are shown on video, I was told that the story is Akuma and Mr Karate (or basically an old guy with a giant nose kabuki style demon mask) are the main guys.
*No new characters revealed.
*Lifebar is double lifebar, like some fatal fury games. Not two stacked on top of each other
*Seems like there is 3 super levels.
*Ryu looks really cool, basically done in KOF style, looks like SF3 style. The charachters look much more compatabile with each other then the ones in CVS.
*The capcom characters were doing quick dashes and stuff like KOF guys. Although I dont know much about either series (mk2 and umk3 fan here myself), it looked like it played basically KOF style.
*Earthquake is extremely big, basically like a sentinal
*backgrounds look really good, they aren't cheap looking like modern kof backgrounds, they are more like street fighter alpha 2 backgrounds.
