Indeed.
I also dislike how they removed his classic deep menacing laugh and gave him one that makes it sound like he's just having a good time.
Almost as lame as Ryu and Sagat being friends in SF2V(Ignoring the fact that the series sucked hard anyway).
I got a chance to play it. Unfortunately, I couldn't get away with any pics since the arcade staff had placed the machine in 'convenient' enough location where I couldn't do jack. Plus pics would do too go from 15 feet away.
*I apologize if you heard any of the following from someone who went to the Osaka beta test*
It seems that Iori fans will get to play him in almost the same way as KOF. One guy had a 40-win streak with him until he was upset by a good Kim player.
The animation is all good. The capcom folks look nice here and most of the SNK crew kinda look recycled. I guess there were animation tweaks, but even so, it still looks nice to me.
It seems that those who are familiar with Iori's style from KOF will get to use him the same way here. One guy was able to pull off a 40+ win-streak! Every once in a while, someone would use a Capcom chara, but the majority of the matches I saw were mostly SNK characters.
This came doesn't have the complexity that CvS did (but that's not saying that's a bad thing). Even with that said, SvC is worth a play.
I think I missed a lot here. Maybe I'll add it when I get back.
I thought you knew about the price already (and were going to buy it regardless)? Either way, my sentiments exactly. I'll wait until Xbox/PS2 verson and buy the NG version when it drops in price.Quote:

Was it even announced for the home cart format? I don't think so. If it is, I'd assume: $330 or around those parts.
88: It will constantly drop. Just wait a few months to see a significant difference, though. Like always.
