No, no, no. You've got it all wrong. You can clearly see Terry stepping on Guile's foot. So what he's trying to do is distract Guile by faking a grab towards his package. Then while Guile is trying to stop said grabbing, Terry will push Guile, making him fall. He will proceed to call him names such as "pansy" and "woman".
Terry's such an ass.
