Everyone looks like a heroin addict in that style. My only real comments on the game are that I'm REALLY anticipating it and that I hope SNK uses a new, or at least an engine better than the KoF engine. I know thats a long shot..

lol, i love the uneducated "mvc2 is cheese" comments that are thrown around be peeps with no understanding of the game.
but in all seriousness, there will always be a 'cheese' character(at least one) in every fighter. only fighting game i've NEVER seen any imbalance was Karate Champ.
sooner or later we'll get wind of millions of capcom fans bitching because theyre fav characters are too toned down(or vice versa with the snk guys saying that the capcom guys have been beefed up to much). that's when the fun is gonna start; with the fanboy wars of snk vs capcom: chaos.

I'd like to say I want this character or that system in this game, but since I'll buy it even it only had twelve characters and none of my favorites. KOF2k2 is great, I even liked 2k1, so I expect this will be good as well.
We've had that discussion here 10 000 times, but when it comes to MvC2 I'm still not impressed, Icepick style.Quote:

Boxing on the 2600 was pretty fair, too.Quote:

I can't wait. I hope they make Ryu into freaking Dan after how much Capcom toned down Kyo. And then I'm going to Wicked Chew and corner R.E.D. kick each and every one of their faces off. I mean, giving Iori and Terry higher priority moves is one thing, but Joe!?Quote:

you dont have to be impressed, you need to just understand that it's not a cheese game, it's that you dont know whats going on so you label it that way.
ring king is another fair one...same with urban champion.
and the double dragon(nes original) 'vs' mode was pretty sweet. abobo > everybody for free.

She's not far off the mark...but his forearms would be bright pink and bleeding profusely if she were right. The art looks a little weird, but not as weird as she suggests it is.Quote:
My girlfriend says it looks like Kyo's forearm muscles are on the outside of his skin in that picture.
It's good to see Playmore finally releasing information on SNK vs Capcom for the MVS. I can't wait to see how it turns out...if it's anywhere near as good as MOTM for the NGPC was, it'll rock hard.
My personal wish list for SNK vs Capcom:
SNK
Eiji Kisaragi, Freeman, Heidern, K', Takuma Sakazaki.
CAPCOM
Bionic Commando, Guy, Mike Haggar, Hyo Imawano, Rolento.
The fanboys can all juggle my balls.Quote:

I still have high hopes for this game.
me too, only prob is that there wont be much exposure to the game in mainstream arcades due to A)the lack of arcade owners really wanting a neogeo(which doesnt turn much profit) in their locales, and B)there wont be much of a quick port to home console...so we'll have to either venture hella far to find a shop that has it, or we'll have to wait for the rom. > : (
Here are my picks. I tried to avoid the obvious people who will be in the game.
Capcom
Cammy, Necro, Ibuki, Tessa, Karin, Haggar, Gen
SNK
May Lee, K9999, Vanessa, Blue Mary, Ralf/Clark and Marco or Fio from Metal Slug
I'm actually going to break form and buy the MVS cart the first day it is available.Quote:
