I play Tennis, three times a week, for an hour.
i play hockey 3-4 days a week for about 2 hours.
and sometimes i walk the dog.
I sit on my lazy ass and do jack shit... sometimes I walk down stairs, but only when I really have to...
I walk (fast walk, hoo ha!) 2 miles each day. I'm just starting out (should have started 10 years ago :lol: ), so I hope to get better. I tried doing situps to help get rid of my fat belly, but my fat thighs just crush my nuts when I do :/
For the last three or four years I would run 2-5 miles everyday.
Then last summer my knees started illing me like crazy. I took the last 8 months or so off from running, but I'm about to start up again now.
I really like running, but if it's going to damage my knees I'll start biking or something else instead.
I run on a treadmill while watching movies. It's really fun.
I also play tennis, hike, and bike ride.
I lift weights 4 times a week, ride a bike and swim laps. Sometimes I play Tennis or go hiking, too.
I haven't done serious excercise in over three years, and since I'm no longer able to lift over 15 lbs. or do anything that has impact (like running), excercise for me is pretty much done. Except for things like bike riding, which I can probably still do.
Right now I'm lifting weights five days a week. Also, every day I do abs in the morning and at night, though the routine varies. I try to add some cardio when I can, but I dislike it, so that's not very often.
