Fake! It's a CNN mirror. Also, check the time.
Yeah... the guy who works in the store across from me told me about this on Saturday morning. Said he read it on a "Chineese news site".
Well, I knew it was fake, just its one day early. April 1st is tomorrow.

I about blew chunks, when I saw that. That was just plain sick!!!
gmaevet: That's why you don't go to anything with "goatse.cx" in the link.
overdrive: No, it doesn't work. Read the link. See that "@" in it? That tells your browser to try to login to the address after the "@" with the bit before the "@". When you click on http://www.cnn.com@cgrom.com/news/la...er/index.shtml , you're going to http://cgrom.com/news/law/gatesmurder/index.shtml . If the page were password protected, your browser would try to login with the username "www.cnn.com". "username:password@www.blah.com" is the normal form for this kind of authentication.
Welcome! You've officially entered the internet!Quote:

I've heard of the Goat.se site names here and there, but the name alone, was reason enough not to check it out. Over a year of avoiding it and I fell for that one.
It's still not working. Is the Bill Gates murder story on any other news sites? Someone please help me out here.Quote:
