check the old fitness thread, i work out over 2 hours a day, i wish i could actually lose some weight, but it seems jogging 2 miles a day,and jumping rope dosent seem to do the trick.Quote:

PS: Weight is lost in the kitchen, not at the gym. If the number of calories you spend > the number of calories you take in, you lose weight.
Actually, the two go hand in hand. If you burn more calories at the gym than you take in, you're going to lose weight. Rarely does JUST dieting or JUST exercising work...a careful combination of the two is the way to go.Quote:
