Well, for all of you lazy fat people, a low-carbohydrate diet does work. You don't have to do a rigorous "Atkins Diet" style version of it, just:Quote:

1.) Stop eating sugar, entirely.
2.) Eat as much meat as you possibly can at regimented periods throughout the day. Stuff yourself with meat 6 times a day, every day. Stop when you either get tired or stop being hungry.
3.) Try to avoid other forms of carbohydrate.
4.) Don't drink soda.
5.) Don't snack.
6.) Try not to eat prepared foods - eat stuff you have to cook/prepare.
What will end up happening is you'll begin to feel fine eating 1500 or so calories a day. You can lose an absurd amount of weight that way. Eventually you'll start exercising too, and that's important. Still, if you don't want to focus on an eating regimen and an exercise program, that works.
Nonetheless, I think being thin and/or healthy is too much of a fixation for guys. Lose enough weight to be healthy, and stop. Don't beat yourself up over it because of some self-image fixation - losing fat isn't going to change anything, it's not going to turn you into a different person, you're not a girl.
Heheh, yeah, I guess - "leisure" was just sort of a general cover-all for anything I find entertaining, and "style": I'm interested in stuff like suits, ties, dress clothing.Quote:
