Capcom Queens

Browsing the toy section at my local GameStop today I came across a new line of figures: Capcom Queens. The series included Morigan, Cammy, Chun Li, and Hsein Ko. They were all nicely done, with real cloth clothing that didn't suck, interchangable hands/accessories, and xxxx points of articulation. Hsein Ko was the best looking, but I'll probably buy them all for completion's sake.

Not a big fan of "Mego" style figures (or dolls :evil: ), but that Hsien Ko looks pretty dope.

I agree with all of you. The Morigan fig, in all fairness, is decent for what it is, but the Hsein Ko is the best of the four. Her "sister" is even hanging down in front of her face, and the Kanji designs on it are nicely done.

They run somewhere around $10, so if you get the chance, pick it up. :D

Well Gallon/Jon Talbain definately won't be in this line that's for sure :p... but I hope they release a really nice one of him someday :(

Lei-Lei looks good. I love that she comes with the bombs with the funny faces. Morrigan doesn't look bad, it's just that her outfit is ill-fitting. Damn, I wish these were small figures...I'd buy them then. I'd feel weird getting dolls... :D

You can "undress" all of them. Even Hsein Ko. And they're all standard 9" figures. Not Barbie sized dolls.

Now you don't have any stinking excusses!!! Buy them!

I will get Hsein Ko, if I see her at any of the stores near me.

These are all "Dollgure" bendy figures. A friend of mine got them when they were released in japan, and his have had nothing but problems with the outside splitting and exposing the armature underneath.

If you do decide to get these, it is reccomended that you pose them once, and leave them as they are.

I called Funco, and they are "bending some rules" and holding Chun-Li and Hsien-Ko for me until the end of tonight so that I can pick them both up tomorrow morning :)

Korly held the only Morrigan figure they had for me... considering I use her in any damn game she's in. What a nice gesture. Anyhoo I posed it once, and she doesnt like to stand up, but I'll snap a pic sometime of it. She has some lil wings, and "HUGE AS F**K wings with spikes".

those things look cheesy...bleh. McFarlane needs to make a Capcom lineup. Either that, or just look to the cool JPN resin kits.

It's true. But for $9 my room got the Morrigan figure I've been lookin for.

Damn they look horrible.

How about instead someone like Epoch gets the license and makes the same exact same sculpt Todds buddies would make, but instead of cheap, brittle plastic, casts it in porcelain.

Thus, making the same statue Mc Farlane would have made, with better materials, and higher quality control.

NotJigen- Woo! McFarlane toys pretty much blow chunks. Unplayable cheap pieces of brittle plastic that amazingly overpainted. Detail is nice but they just look ugly overall.

I may have to get a Hsien Ko, I just like the character design. :)

By the way, Pallisades has the Street Fighter license now. ;) Look for something offical announcement-wise this summer.

Stock answer. I don't remember exactly who carries that figure, but I think that those places can order it for you if you have right info.

And here's my Morrigan fig that I set up.

I saw these today at Babbage's (Gamestop), and they look kinda ehh. The outfits aren't very well-designed, and they seem cheap. That, combined with the gumby bodies...I think I'll stay away from these.
