SSX 3

Kickass, one of my favorite games finally gets the 3.

There's a short teaser-trailer over at GS if you want to go download it. No gameplay footage though. Hopefully we'll see some at E3.

Yeah, can't wait for the E3 stuff. I knew it must have been sidetracked because of NBA Street volume 2 even though I'll be picking that one up too. :D

oh thank you god... I can't get enough of Tricky, and I've been praying for a sequal for a while now... but why are they going to 3? I mean Tricky really wasn't 2, it was more of a directors cut...

Yeah I was sort of wondering that too Box Drink. I guess they considered it a full fledged sequel. I think I had a high score thread in the Guinness section but it was overlooked.

I'm awesome with Kaori, Mac, Marisol, Elise and Eddie but I haven't MASTERED the tracks exactly. SSX tricky has so much crap to master. I hope they all come back as well as some fresh faces, maybe that girl in the sneak preview.

Mac is the only character I play with... I beat the game with luther, edde and the crazy guy, uh... you know who I mean... and anyhoo, mac has the best uber tricks, and I get the highest score with him, so hopefully he's back...

This month's PSM(yeah again) has new SSX 3 screens as well as Soul Reaver 3 ones that look sweet as hell.

SSX3 judging from the screens and info doesn't look like it uses the same formula as the first two which I don't really like. It shows Elise in new gear tearing up a huge mountain stage that makes you explore and find various shortcuts and such, kind of like the freeride stage from Tricky.

The game doesn't look as colorful as the others either, looking rather bland. Then again its still early in development so things can change for the better(like maybe opening up different sectors with different themes on the mountain).

hopefully we'll get more than 2 new tracks this time around.
