What games do you collect?

That's not exactly something to be proud of.

I kinda collect NES games, but that only seems to spark up during the summer, when there are less NEW games to buy. Other than that I don't really collect any certain game. I buy lots of games, and tend to be drawn to the more obscure titles. But really I only collect NES titles, because the NES is so damn cool.

RPGs, like Lordmrw. I'm also starting to grab shooters and fighters, though I don't play either genre nearly enough. :/

Just good games, games that are worthy of being played. I lend them out to (some) friends, bring systems over to people's houses. Some day, my kids'll play these games (if they're into that sort of thing, I guess).

Oh I just randomly collect games I like. Every game just about I have, I like a lot, no exceptions... with the exception of sports games, but those don't count >.>

I collect mainly RPGs, but I'm getting into fighting games, and Schmups.

I don't collect games at all. I buy what I want to play. The problem with collections is that thay can be too dominating in a person's life, and can become transitional objects, that is fetiches, which has something to do with inadequate mothering. Allegedly.

I can't be bothered with the idea of trying to 'collect' any one specific type of game [for example: every KOF DC port]... It's a negative mindset and way too taxing. That also means I'm not going to hang onto 'this or that' DC game because shucks, I really should have at least 50 DC titles.

Buy what you truly want to play. It's the only thing that makes complete sense.

With that, I would like to round up the rest of Cave's games... And like I said, it's because I truly want to play all of them. [Well, I don't care about their one puzzle game. Just the shooters.]
