How long did it take you?
Just now? Half a minute. I did all the adding much earlier so I'll I had to do was find the spreadsheet and copy/paste it ;)
I don't really remember how much time it took in the first place. 'Bout an hour.
Post a thread about it. It should be interesting...
Thanks Monster! I have to say, our Top 50 List is actually pretty good.
I would still like to see the lists from this thread compiled too tho, to compare. We have pretty good taste!:D

Yeah, I think Illbleed is one of the most underrated games ever (and I've played through it multiple times as well- I dig Eriko's "special" outfit). I wish it would get more respect. I think it's one of the best horror games made. It's certainly one of the most unique games I've ever played. I pray for a sequel daily, but I think Crazy Games went under, so there goes that idea... :(Quote:

Dolemite, its cool to see that you have Illbleed as number 7 on your list. I loved that game. It is absolutely the best "horror" game around, and its one of my favorite games on the Dreamcast. Its good to see some people giving it some respect. I think Illbleed is the only game that has come out in the last 5 years that I have actually beaten more than once. Even though its way too easy the second time through its still fun and well worth it.
I got curious and I started asking my son what his favorite games are. He's been playing since he was 4 and will be 10 in August. So I got him to make a top 25 list and here are the results:
1. Legend of Zelda: A Link To The Past
2. Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time
3. Sonic the Hedgehog 2
4. Sonic Adventure 2 Battle
5. Metal Gear Solid
6. Golden Sun
7. Super Smash Bros. Melee
8. Shenmue 2
9. Legend of Zelda: The Windwaker
10. Pocky & Rocky
11. Megaman X5
12. Lunar: Silver Star Story Complete
13. Soul Calibur 2 (GC)
14. Metroid Prime
15. Castlevania: Symphony of the Night
16. Mario 64
17. Pokemon Sapphire
18. Animal Crossing
19. Mario Sunshine
20. Kirby’s Dreamland 3
21. Sword of the Berserk
22. Sonic Advance 2
23. Metal Slug X
24. Super Monkey Ball 2
25. Grandia 2
To qualify a few things from his list, he's a HUGE Legend of Zelda fan, not such a bad thing I guess. He put Sonic Adventure 2 on the list and stuck up for it after I kept asking how 2 and not 1, and to his credit, he did beat 2 a *bunch* of times and really liked the bad Sonic guy. Props to him for putting Sonic 2 (Genesis) tho.
He put Super Monkey Ball 2 instead of 1, again after protests from me, because "Hey, it has a story mode! That's cool, right!?"
He put Soul Calibur 2 instead of 1 because of Link and being able to choose your weapons.
After going over his list, he removed Super Mario 3 for whatever reason, eventhough it was one of the first 3 games he listed because he always liked playing as Raccoon Mario. And he took off Record of Lodoss War.
We've got hundreds of games sitting around here, so it's not like he's played only enough to cover the list.
He gives honorable mention I guess to Tenchu: Stealth Assassins and Ms. Pac-Man, since they originally appeared high up in his list, then he took them off after refining it. I couldn't get him to just put them in place of some other questionable title.:)
I gave as little input as possible, so as to get a real feel for his Top 25 games. I did force him to remove Dragonball Z Budokai, however.;) It was originally #23.

"Finish your top 25 list, and then I'll give you your desert."
Sounds like a smart kid.
Nah, he actually got to stay up a bit late to make sure he got his list the way he wanted it. That was after he convinced me to play "co-op" on Windwaker, him on the gba as tingle, and then suggested we watch some Robotech. I've got a cool kid. I was pretty impressed with his list.:DQuote:
