Yea, I wanna hear how Slope Day went.
Oh, and I was thinking about it - the big football game is a good excuse to get all liquored up around here. I was so wasted at the game that well I only remember about two snaps. The game was so awful anyways it didnt even matter. I bought one of those itty-bitty $2 bottles of JD to smuggle into the stadium and I started drinking that when the beer I drank outside was done creeping in, it was fucking great.

The first thing I thought of when I read "Slope Day" was the racial slur towards Asian people back in the day.

PS: For those that don't know, they used to call Asian people "slopes" because they thought they had sloped foreheads or some such nonsense.
Woke up around 9am, drank a 6 pack of Grolsch before my first class at 11am. Class went pretty well. Went down onto the Slope - it was raining and kind of cold. Drank a $1 pint of Budweiser and a $1 4 oz plastic cup of red wine out on the Slope, purchased from the school. They were carding on the slope, catered only, no bringing-in of outside alcohol, which really killed the mood.
Went over to my ex-girlfriend's house, ate some food, drank about 6 pints of Ithaca Ale. Somewhere around the 3rd or 4th of those pints, I got a call from an interviewer from some high-end financial services place, which kind of sucks - it's a pretty high paying job, and I was kind of drunk while trying to set up an interview. Fuck it.
Went back to the slope, had another pint and cup of wine.
Went to a friend's house, sat around watching sports or something while drinking...I think Budweiser. I had about 5 or 6 cans.
Went to an Indian place, had far-too-hot Lamb Vindaloo. Went back to my place, watched a movie, drank about 7 or 8 more Grolsches, and I fell asleep (I think).
Woke up the next day with a mild but persistent hangover, spent about 4 hours in bed. Around noon I got up, since I was going to see Hamlet at 1. I started walking, made it about 20 steps away from the door, turned myself inside out (inevitable, I guess), and then went to the play. Four hours long, but not bad. Around 8 or 9pm the hangover finally went away.
The way you're supposed to do things, I guess. I've become kind of tired with the whole binge-drinking thing, so I figure this was a pretty good way to close it out.
