please be a metal combat sequel...
I hope Miyamoto didn't use his home for inspiration again. Although he could probably craft an interesting game from inspration from his sink.
What? The statement was correct, despite the fact that it came from Andrew.Quote:

I can't argue with Andrew's statement. Every Nintendo release has given me exactly what I wanted out of it, and in the case of Animal Crossing, much more.
I don't know what I did to deserve the hate, but I try to contribute well enough, if you have any problems with me you know where the PM system is.
To get back on topic, I never found any of the Gamecube offerings from a first party standpoint to be bad, or even mediocre in that aspect. Even Mario Sunshine has amazing play mechanics if you didn't like the atmosphere or level designs.
I suppose it just comes down to difference of opinions and tastes.
Its strange, I get no satisfation from Nintendo games at all. Yeah, the engine changes, but apart from that, little or no inovation goes into bringing new ideas or characters. The few things that do break out are half assed, because Nintendo dosent value anything that dosent have a well know name to it.
Every Nintendo game this generation has been good, with the exceptions of NBA courtside and Animal Leader.
here's what Matt Casamassina had to say about the game.
if that Miyamoto magic is there, then so am i. anyways, this one seems like it's gonna be really different. can't wait to see what it is on tuesday.Quote:
I'm also waiting to see what becomes of some of the games I know Nintendo is working on. Yes, like this off-the-wall game that Miyamoto is working on that I can't wrap my mind around. Every time I think about it, I wonder: what's the point? I can't figure out why he would bother with such a game, really. But I'm still intrigued; I want to be wrong here, and I'm sure that if anybody can prove me so, he can.
i wonder that it could possibly be though. i mean, when have you ever heard Matt Casamassina say something like "I can't figure out why he would bother with such a game, really." about anything that Miyamoto has worked on?
man, this next week is gonna be tough.
