Looks better than hotsuma. It's great that Sega's making all of these action games these days.
Hotsuma was by far one of the lamest characters i've ever seen in a videogame. if this is anything like PS2 Shinobi, then i'll lose all interest in it.
Haha. That looks cheesy-cool. Isn't the kanji in the background of the logo the one that's read "shinobi?"
Yeah, it wasn't for everyone. If you generally don't like playing games for score you will not enjoy it.

Regardless, they look quite nice.. the character design is not quite as great at Hotsuma, but so far so good.

EDIT: I just found out that Kazaa Lite blocks the site Image.com.com, which where Gamespot's images are served from. Hell if I delete Kazaa Lite just to look at pictures from one site. :mad:

I am intrigued by this game
For those that defeated Shinobi; Winning the game unlocked movie clips of the Shinobi trailer that was shown at E3. It was really interesting to see how far the game came from when it was first shown to the public to the final version. Everything was much improved... these screens have the same sort of feel to them as those early Shinobi ones, eh? ;)
Semi-OT, but it was also interesting to see the levels that were taken out of the final Shinobi version. It's been a while but I think there was a garage level? It sorta made sense how they didn't fit into the gameplay gimmick. It would be interesting to see if they showed up in this game though....

I think Hotsuma is one of the coolest videogame characters ever. This looks cheesey, but good cheesey. I just hope the developers don't think this game is a joke and actually try to top Shinobi's gameplay.

Her style is not exactly the same as Hotsuma's - but there may well be a very good explanation relating to the plot or the nature of her character. I think she looks interesting and sleek. The style of the screens in general seem very much in the vein of Shinobi.... and that has me psyched up! :)

No, that won't fix it. You have Kazaalite's HOSTS file. All you need to do is take that entry out of the HOSTS file. I forget where it is in Win9x, but on NT/2000/XP it's under "windows folder\system32\drivers\etc". Open it in Notepad or Wordpad. Use Find to find the entry for "image.com.com" and delete the whole line.Quote:

Yeah, they need to do something about those bottomless pits.....like add MORE of those bottomless pits! While they are at it they can add some more moving platforms as well! The more platforming the better...Quote:

They also need more levels like level 5 on Shinobi...they can go ahead and change the water to something like acid or lava if they want though :)
