True Fantasy Live Online comes to the US

<a href="http://www.the-nextlevel.com/news/0305/true.jpg"><img align="right" src="http://www.the-nextlevel.com/news/0305/truet.jpg" alt="I choose the girl with the Pinocchio nose"></a>Microsoft announced today it will be bringing True Fantasy Live Online to the US. An unusually cheery MMORPG, True Fantasy immerses players in an illustrated fantasy world where they can fly through the air on broomsticks, don the armor of royal knights and do battle with ferocious monsters, or even lead the simple but satisfying life of a cook who feeds brave adventurers.

True Fantasy Live Online is in development by Level-5 (Dark Cloud series, Dragon Warrior VIII) exclusively for Xbox. Pricing or release date has not been released, but the fact that this announcement is coinciding so closely with E3 is probably no coincidence...

I know I'm going to be labeled a dork forever for this but:

I can't wait to get the game and be a cook. I loved making Fish Steaks in Everquest, and I'll love it in this game (hopefully). God I'm a chode.

I'm going to get Xbox Live for this.

I wonder if I can fly around on a broom while managing my own bakery.

I will get XBL for this, especially if Level 5 is behind it. Dark Cloud 2 has revived my faith that RPGs can be more than 40-hour movies.
