I had to stop doing the character shots for a bit and work on the cover. I just finished the pencils, and now I have to ink and paint it (ugh...I hate inking). I would just paint on the pencils, but they just weren't clean enough for a scan... Obviously, it looks pretty busy right now, but when color and a light source is added, the composition should come together a bit more.

edit: Oh yeah, the reason you can see lines through the woman in the front is because, storyline-wise, she's like a ghost (it's pretty complicated), and will be semi-translucent. A lot of effects and things like that will need to be realized in the painting (also, the small character in the upper-righthand corner will be "hazed out", as if she's far in the distance).
