Tony Hawk Underground

I like everything about that trailer except the vehicle driving. You just know the car physics are going to be truly wonky.

But hell yes! Create a skater, create a goal, create a park... This looks great. I loved THPS2 and THPS3, but that Jack Ass stuff in 4 was for the birds. Underground looks to capture all the functionality I want in a TH game. Some NBA Street 2 elements would be cool tho, classic skaters, classic parks, classic music, classic styles... Anyway, I'm excited for T.H.U.G, tho that felt stupid to type.:)

When I first heard about this I said its' the dumbest idea ever. I was wrong. This could be decent.

Like someone said, I can live without the BMX XXX influences (I know it's gonna be a selling point for SpoDaddy though) and the car control looks like it sucks ass, but hey this could be cool. Super-huge, wide-open skateboarding levels. I give Activision credit for trying, at the very least.

Meh, cars could be cool if they were a small edition, not the mainstay.

If they don't have the song 'Underground' by Ben Folds Five in the soundtrack it'll be very wrong. I'll still buy it though. The Tony Hawk series hasn't let me down yet.

EDIT - Just watched the video.... damn. Everything looks sadly low poly, but probably because of the huge levels. On the gameplay side, I didn't see anything that I did not like. Unless they screw something up royally, Neversoft has another winner here.
