That's the way it's always been when you don't have a friend over. Have you never played any of the home conversions or arcade games by yourself?
There is the single-player game, then there is the multiplayer game. Both will probably share some of the same elements.

you know something funny I just thought of? I remember how crappy the cpu 2nd player in final fight 3 was, but if it was ever turned into something that could really help as another player, 4 players with the cpu could have done just as well for those who don't give a flying fuck about multiplayer because they don't have friends around. I keep thinking something in the line of "team play", but then again, there's plenty of you who wouldn't care if this game has all it's options ripped out.
same here. konami doesn't do arcades anymore and yet, they have to resort to pulling this BS just because it's made for console play.Quote:
