Brute Force *official*

Well, it looks like the game is finally coming out this week. Is it just me or is it getting little hype? Thats probably a bad sign. I really dont know a ton about the game but the concept sounds ok. 4 player co-op could be interesting... or a framerate nighmare.
I decided to pick the game up when it arrives. Good or bad. Some of the video I seen for it range from cool to been there done that feelings. I thought Microsoft was going to pimp the shit out of this game. I seen some marketing but not like they usually do. Well, I'll pick it up since I am intrigued. I let you guys know what I think when I get it.

Anyone else have any thoughts?

I am excited, this one has the potential to own your multiplayer life.

yeah, I'm crossing my fingers that it turns out well. My expectations right now arent very high. Last year I was excited but the delays!! oh the delays!

I think Andy means over the year or so it keeps getting delayed, lol.

I'm actually gonna wait this one out, because all those delays and little to no hype dosen't seem promising.

yeah, i think the hype finally ran dry after it kept getting pushed back andpushed back.. it will still be decent, but i think most peopel forgot about it,or are more hyped about halo 2. which,to be fair, really seems to be a different enough game, but it still gets lumped with bf.

Probably because they hyped the extra Halo disc with Brute Force, more than BF itself.

Huh?, never heard of the extra Halo disc. Is it some sort of demo of the original Halo?

I'll be renting this with a few friends. It claimed to have the same controls as Halo, so maybe my friends can put down Halo for a bit and give this one a spin.

This Halo disc is nothing more than a bunch of old videos everyone has seen about the making of Halo and such. Worth a watch once because it shows how far Halo has come. There is also a Halo 2 trailer that if you've seen the in game footage from E3, is useless now. None the less, Brute Force looks like despite it questionable character design, could be a good time.
