If there's no internal recoil equipped gun (ya never know... Namco is full of surprises), their development team should consider adding a volume setting for the player gunfire sound. That would compensate amply.
I'd still buy it and play it with the GunCon 2 if that's all it supported. The game is great in its own right.
Time Crisis 3 has been getting bad impressions? I thought the game rocked and the switching weapons thing added a whole lot. The grenade launcher kills bosses pretty easily and the shot gun and machine gun takes groups of enemies out easily though. Nothing a harder difficulty level wouldn't fix though.
If they make a gun just for crisis zone, then Sega better bring out LA machineguns and Gunblade NY. Heck bring out that deep sea game too! Gun games rock.
I would love that also, especially a compilation with both games in it. That deep sea game is The Ocean Hunter, on Sega's Model 3 board- a tough game, but a good one.Quote:

I wonder why sega never released it. It was one of their more popular light gun games. Super GT would have probably sold well too. Those two games had some sick graphics back in the model 3 days. A new lost world on XBOX would look insane.Quote:

Great news. Crisis Zone is a great stress reliever.
Damn Straight! Lost World was a damn fine light gun game, so much better than the HotD series, the Virtua Cops (1&2 at least) and confidential mission. If it were to come out, I'd buy it in an instant.Quote:

As for Crisis Zone, meh, I never could get into this. It just felt like a Time Crisis 2 mod to me. I also don't like light gun games were you just hold the tigger down, rather than constantly firing your gun. The only thing worse than that is not having to reload, like that Area51 Site 4 game.

well, it seems like PS2 is easily the best system for light gun games without question.
