But even what a "fatty" is can be subjective - I wouldn't consider Lynsey to be "fat", she's a plumpette, maybe a plumper ( the magazine's full title is actually Plumpers and Big Women ) but to some people she's a fat ass, plain and simple.Quote:

But even so, I like fat chicks. It's not just any big girl, they have to be cute and somewhat curvy. Why do I have a thing for big girls? Couldn't tell you, but it's always been there. When I first met my wife, she was around 150 pounds or so - not "fat" but she had a little meat on her, in the right places too. For one reason or another, over the course of years ( we've been together over 10 ) she slowly began to put on weight. She was "comfortable" with a steady boyfriend, and stopped watching her weight ( it's been something she's struggled with since being a child ). At her biggest, she was approaching 300 pounds. I never once made any comments, told her to diet, etc. - I love her for who she is and not what she weighs, however she wasn't happy with herself.
You have to understand - she was not "lazy" or pigging out left and right, some people's metabolisms require a strick diet and excersize to lose/maintain weight, my mother is the same way. About three years ago, she decided to take control and started weight watchers. After starting to eat controlled portions and following the "points" system ( one Whopper from Burger King equals your entire days points, and that's without the fries and drink ) she began to lose the weight. She also began going to the gym 4 times a week, in addition to excersize at home. After a few years of that, she's back in the 150's AND looks much more toned ( and thinner than when we met, alot of the weight now is muscle ).
What's my point of all this rambling? It's simply that IMO, just because a person is "fat" or "overweight" doesn't mean they deserve to be treated as less of a human being, or that they are void of any sexuality, etc. Alot of people would probably see the 290 pound version of my wife and think that she should stop eating fried chicken every night and get off her lazy ass and move, but it's not that simple. She, and many people have a "slow metabolism" and literally have to dedicate thier lives to looking like other people do who DO eat whatever they want and don't go to the gym every other day. If she didn't have that dedication, or maybe just did weight watchers and was around 200+ pounds, I wouldn't love her any less. She notices how people treat her nicer, flirt with her more, hold the door for her now, etc. She also remembers how many of these people are the same assholes who snickered and laughed at her, and I'll say it again - she's still the same person she's always been.
In America alot of women struggle with thier body images, the TV ( and magazines ) are constantly selling a stick thin image that doesn't actually look anything like the average woman. They do this on purpose, so there's a constant struggle, and endless money dished out to try and obtain this often unreasonable look. And even after they do it's, "my breasts are too small", "my nose is too big", etc, etc, etc. Even the stick thin woman struggle with thier body images, the idea is to NEVER have them happy so they are constantly spending to "improve" their look. I say f**k it. If my wife ( or any other woman that has her metabolism ) doesn't want to have to bust her ass day in and day out, and is happy at 200 pounds or whatever than good for her.
I try to watch what I eat, and go to the gym usually once a week ( I try to go more but it's not my thing ), and I maintain a weight of 190-200, I'd like to lose 20 pounds or so but it's not killing me and I don't gain so who cares. I'm lucky that I'm not like my wife, or I'd have to count everything that goes into my mouth and live at the gym or I'd be steadily gaining weight. Now obviously there's health issues here ( my wife was starting to get unhealthily big ) but if someone is at least mildly active and maintaining thier weight and happy where they are, then who am I to tell them how they should look?

This is her on our honeymoon in Cape Cod and on our recent trip back there. That's not even her biggest, but you can certainly see the difference. Did I love her any less when she gained weight? Nope. She was and will always be the love of my life, no matter what she weighs.
*claps* I wish more people had your attitude towards the matter. Congrats on her weight loss. I know where you are coming from. You know something is wrong when I'm at the mall and I hear a stick-thin 105 lbs. teen girl say, "It's time for me to go on a diet".
I know you care about your wife and all, but it isn't really smart to post pics of your significant other here. Lessons have been learned.

There's "skinny" girls that I like too, they don't have to be big - I just tend to not like the stick thin, geez I look like a boy with tits, no feminine figure one's. But I'm sure there's guys out there that dig that, just not me.Quote:
