well i tried the head cleaner, i HAVE a dvd player but not every video i own goes to it, and ill probably get a new one, i was just lookin for a cheap solution. thanks everyone!
Go and buy a new VCR. Sounds like somethings up with the chroma circuits on your VCR. I had a ten year old VCR that had the same problem. It'll cost just as much to buy a new VCR as it would to get a repairman to fix that problem.
