Uh... the Gamespy support is official. It's part of the program getting pressed onto the G.O.D. Doesn't get much more official than that.

F-Zero GX Online (with official, non-GameSpy support) would be better than the sum of all this linking crap combined :)
Zelda Four-Swords on GC is kinda cool. When your Link on the main screen gets separated (falls down a pit, etc.) from the group, he drops onto the GBA screen, and has to work alone until the other Links find him.
The whole connectivity idea is forgettable and pointless. Its a strategy to make consumers to buy multiple copies of the games for 2 systems in order to unlock some WORTHY(in their mind) extras.
Woo-hoo. An ART GALERY WOW I paid $30 for GBA version for that . Too cool for words !
I'm excited to play FFCC with two player with two gbas. :D
When dipshits like Moore are implementing it, yeah, that about sums it up, but that's not what it was made for. Look at Animal Crossing, or any of the games that showcased the feature at E3. None of them require a separate GBA game. Those games are going to revolutionize multiplayer gaming, and it's absurd how many people are just writing them off.Quote:

I look forward to handing out many an "I told you so" come Christmas, when you won't be able to swing a dead cat without hitting a FFCC praise thread. ;)
So are you going to pay for the servers and bandwidth? The Gamespy stuff is free -- they're handling the equipment and bandwidth so you don't have to pay a stupid monthly fee like PSO.Quote:

Nintendo: To hell with the connectivity gimmick. Spend more time on refining gameplay. No more rushed Marios, please.
I think that people that generally have at least a second person around and many times a third actually like this idea, myself included. Except Despair, of course.Quote:
