Saw it on the news and its pretty crazy. I mean to hit a bum and have his body stuck in your windshield while driving around, and then park the car and go have sex with a boyfriend while the body still stuck there - alive.

The thing is, if she'd would have taken him to the hospital, he might still be alive.

How can someone hit a man with their car and lawyers sit there, nitpicking over whether she technically killed him?
Sorry, CNN and Fox News in the background, and they're sitting here debating if she actually killed this guy, or just hit him, and then at a later time he happened to die. So she's at fault for hitting him, but not killing him?
This is easily the most disheartening news stories I've seen all year.
I hope she gets the fucking chair (I know she wont but I feel better having said that.) God what the hell is wrong in Texas?
