Just picked this up off a Japanese BBS board. Apparently Cave's new shooter is going to be called "ESP GARUDA". It seems this will be a sequel to or spinoff from EspRaDe. Anyway that's all I know. Just passing along the info.

Ha, another game that I wont be able to play.
JM: yes, you can rest assured that it's true. It was printed on a flier handed out to people who participated in a recent Ketsui tournament at certain arcades in Japan. It also said the game's details will be released in the next issue of Arcadia magazine.
Anyway this sounds really cool! Let's hope a PS2 port or something will find its way home.

Any mention of the publisher? They need one that will actually bring their games out here. I really thought Capcom was going to give us Progear.

Who knows? Maybe AMI (The same group who marketed Dai-ou-jou and Ketsui) will be the 'publisher'.

This is OT, but I was just thinking about how awesome an ESPRaDe movie would be. Flesh out the characters a bit, explain the "relationship" between Yusuke and Satoru, maybe have some weird Peter Pan sidestory with J-B 5th, it'd be cool.
