The "What would be worse?" thread

In an attempt to get some weird conversations/thoughts/end my boredom I thought I'd try something a little different. Here's the idea. One person gives you two options, the next person decides what would be the worse scenario, and then suggest something for the next person. Maybe we can get some weird stories out of this too. Try to keep it somewhat reasonable, nothing too outlandish so it's something you could really consider. I'll start.

What would be worse?
Getting kicked in the crotch with a rollerblade
OR
Curb biting (as seen in American History X)?

I know someone who had the first done to him in grade school. He got the nickname Uni-ball from it.

Curb biting. I'd rather feel like I'm going to die than be dead.

Nails on a chalkboard for a half hour
OR
Someone screaming in your ear for 5 minutes

Nails on a chalkboard for a half-hour, I hate the noise, but someone screaming in my ear would be dangerously close to death at my hands at the end of those five minutes.

Liquifying (yes liquifying) a testacle by falling hard on a bike seat
or
Having four wisdom teeth removed sans painkillers.

Oh jesus YAWA, that's a sick one. ...I'll let someone else field it.

The wisdom teeth. The Liquifying would last a while, but I would down 20 Vicodin as soon as I could, the wisdom teeth thing is certifiable torture.

Lit cigarette to the eye for a minute
OR
Reversed digestive system for a week

Cigarette in the eye is worse. i wouldn't be able to stand not seeing out of one eye the rest of my life.

This is a heated argument i've had with my friends, i seem to be the only one that chooses a certain option and i don't see why.

I am only inspired because it happened to my friend's cousin.

Making out with your mother is worse. Cactus is less emotionally scarring.
