With my collection almost complete i've decided to get a small selection of videogame related books. Just post here what you own, hopefully that way we can sponge recommendations off each other.

Tiny so far, I badly need a couple covering to industry's history in English. Also need a couple Capcom artbooks, a few gamest mooks and a few more guides and i'm done.

I've got two SNK artbooks, a Megaman / Megaman X information guide, and I'll have a Soul Calibur 2 artbook soon.

When it comes to guides, I've got all the Square SNES ones (Like FF 2 and 3), the real real old Nintendo Power guides (like FF 1), Super Metroid, Final Fantasy Tactics, and FF Origins.

How to Win at Video Games(I think that's the name, some 1981 book)
Some strategy guides I got for free(Sonic Adventure, Tenchu)

Trigger Happy

And I plan on buying Masters of Doom and those Sega history books.

My favorite videogame book that I own is Sega Video Game Illustrations, an awesome artbook covering mostly Mega Drive and Game Gear stuff. Fully bilingual, packed with amazing cover art, character designs, etc. I got back when it came out; not sure how hard it is to find these days.

I saw that book in an art book store. It looked nice but they were charging $70 CDN for it so I didn't buy it.

I've read some other ones that I didn't keep. Game Over was very good - plenty of cool Nintendo info there! Joystick Nation kinda sucked - you could tell that the lady who wrote it wasn't much of a gamer.
