You simply wiggle the craft left and right while alternating between pressing R & L resulting in speeds over 2000kph without even boosting. It's similar to the sliding technique in FZero X but looks more like many many mini-drifts linked together in a "snaking" motion. Anyone who was a big fan of Fzero X and the complex but rewarding sliding, boostsliding, railsliding, boostrailsliding, double-tap-diving, true-diagonal-diving, super DTDiving, TDDTD, airsliding and floating techniques will be devasted at this news.....and the Japanese forums are littered with people losing all motivation for the Time Attack mode which has no new hidden depths. The world record holder of FZero:MV and the top FZero X players are already diappointed. Let's just pray they remove this "bug" from the non-Japanese versions
