I'm with Nigel on this one. The show rocked. It sorta looked like JSR crossed with Reboot. I honestly could not pry my eyes from watching it. I'll admit it has some rough spots in the animation, but its spot on with the action and storylines.

Gaha!
I watched maybe three minutes of this pile, and it looked like some amateur CG artist got his hands on cheap animation software and shoved this out of his back end overnight.
P fucking U.
I agree with Cigs the show is shit
they also dont seem to understand how the human neck bends and twists cause they fucked that up big time
You're worried about the character animation not being realistic when you are watching a show about a guy with spider powers?!?!
You're worried about watching Spider-Man when the writting makes you want to projectile vomit?!? I could almost bear looking at the ugly-ass thing, but when the writting is from some after-school show from hell, I could care less. Spider-Man should be worried with fighting crime in the city and keeping villians at bay, not dealing with retarded friends at school. The show is written for people under the age of 10.
Naw, they're going after the trendy teenage market. You know, the ones MTV go after 99% of the time.Quote:

This is pretty much Spider-Man's main draw, that he is just like you and me, but just happens to have super powers. He's always dealt with the trivial shit for years, whether it's stressinga about paying the rent or having a tear in his costume.Quote:

This is nothing new.

hes still a human with powers
unless they changed something in his Mythos his neck is still like that of a normal humans and not the neck of a bird or other creature who has more rotation at the base of their neck which humans dont have
Well, they may have changed his backstory for all we know, since there was no origin episode for him. Hell, all we know now are the origins of Electro.
You can tell they threw them into a college setting so it would fit into the MTV lineup, which didn't sit well with me. Hopefully there will be less frat based episodes (the 2nd episode was pretty good). The animation needs a lot of work, although Spider-Man himself looks pretty good. The stories are mixed... I'll wait and see how others turn out. Rob Zombie as Dr. Connors/The Lizard next week.
