Silent Hill 3

Am I the only one who bought this yesterday?

I didn't play it at all, because when I got home the sun was still out, and the curtains in my house don't exactly do a Mister Burns-esque job of blocking out the sun. I did watch Ste-Von play for a few minutes though, and thought that it looked kinda cool.

I'm surprised there's not more interest in this though.

Well, I will be getting SH3 next week. With Divine Divinity and Chaos Legion that I got yesterday, I barely have time for 2 games, not speaking of 3rd.

But I will be definately getting SH3 soon, since I do love the series, and horror games in general.

It's been out everywhere outside of the US for 2 months now, so I can understand the lack of attention. I'm just surprised Konami didn't make a bigger deal about it's release considering how well SH2 did. I'll probably get it today... can't wait to play it tonight.

My girlfriend gave me SH3 last night for my birthday (along with, among other things, a GBA SP)...I'm looking forward to playing it this weekend. Hopefully it's be even more unstettling than the first two games were, and they were pretty freaky.

Mmm, good point. BEtween that and the LE and the fact that no one likes Europe or their games, that pretty much covers it.

I was just interested, really. Forgot about the overabundance of JPS2s on here.

I'm about an hour in, and so far I think it's really good. I never played the first two, so I can't compare. I do think this is going to be an excellent horror game though. I'm going to play some more.
