I wrote that, and peaked works as well. :) I really thought it was going to be good, but after playing it, I ran away scared (not in the way they had intended either).
Why? What's so damned bummy about the controls?
Off topic... but when the heck is Kameo comin out?
The game just sucks, and there's no way, imo, to make it a good game since it's coming out in October (only 5 months after E3). Believe us now or EGM then. :p

Erm...OK. But that's still not good enough. You don't like something for no reason, whether you realize it or not, and all I'm asking is for that thing, whatever it might be, to be identified.
Also, there's a huge difference between you not liking it, and it not being a good game. If you don't like it, I'm a bit more understanding concerning vague responces, however, you suppose it's a bad game. Why is it bad? Floaty controls, or bad camera, or what? Any number of things can contribute to a bad game, all of which you can identify without "telling me what its best features are, what its worst features are, what it'd get out of 10, and how "kiddies" should stay away from this."
I can tell you why I did or didn't like LXG as a movie, and I can tell you what made it a bad movie, both of which are two very different things. I'm asking for the latter, and if you cannot provide any type of insight as to why the game is bad, it goes from being a "bad game" to "a game Schlep happens to not like."
I think I should have stopped replying a couple posts ago, but I'll go again anyway. I don't sit down with a game and say, "Man, I don't like this because the camera isn't quite what I expected," or "I dunno, the sound isn't very good, this game sucks." Even if I did, things like that can be changed before the final version. All that I've said is that the game is the least fun I've had with a game in a long time. It's better that you click on my game list in my sig and see exactly what I like so that you can see whether you trust my opinion as of E3 or not. I'm not here to write a game preview, I'm simply responding saying that I thought the game sucked and that no one I knew that played it at the show was even the slightest bit impressed with it.
If you don't want to take the word of someone who's played it (including the other people who've posted in this thread), that's fine. I can't tell you whether you'll like it or not, and I doubt you seeing that the camera is bad, or the controls or wrong, or the art sucks is going to replace your opinion on this or any game. You're looking for reason enough to like the game that you'll probably like it in the end anyway, even if it's the worst game ever created.
