There's one for Paypal going arround. How people can be this stupid is beyond me. It took me like three minutes to figure this out while playing Diablo 2 and being inundated with please from Blizzard to give them my Login/Pass.

I tell you, I'm in the wrong business. Instead of sitting around, being amazed at and mocking the world population's general lack of intelligence, I should be exploiting it for large profits.

But then I wouldn't be able to sleep well at night. Damn my intrinsic morality. I wish I was a jerk. I hear they get all the chicks, too.

I get no spam at work, except for the occasional Nigerian scam email.

On the other hand, my Hotmail address and my old main mail address are veritable cesspools of spam. The Hotmail is set where everyone gets treated as spam, and the other uses SpamAssassin. No spam for me, for the most part. :)

Come to think of it I think I may have gotten one from PayPal a bit back. Man, that one was REALLY professional looking, if it wasn't for the general fishyness of their asking for my personal information before I even logged into the site, it might have almost even had me. :chick:

I was an internet noob. I spent a few minutes trying to read what they were saying (they were speking teh 1337.)

I actually tried it once myself by posting in the main chat that I was stealing accounts that people should email me their info. if they wanted to have thier accounts taken. Sadly I didn't get a single Login/Pass.

I've seen that one. Anyone should know that you don't give your ATM PIN out.

That eBay hoax has some shitty grammar in it.

Remember the paypaI scam? People thought they were going to PAYPAL when they clicked that URL. I don't use Arial in my address bar. Verdana is the best choice for that IMO.

The PayPal one is much more deceiving IMO but it still has a spelling error or two.

I get tons of these, because my eBay name is still a valid email address.
