Metallica's site says the same shit. I wish someone would just snipe all four of them. They've sucked since that stupid black album came out in 90 or 91 anyway. Put 'em out of my misery, please. Even if it's fake, they need to just stop. Everything they do.

This Metallica lawsuit has me laughing out loud due to its unprecedented absurdity- yes, that's ludicrous all right. Where do they get off trying to patent the use of the E & F chords? :confused:

From what I'm looking at, this could turn into a war with the RIAA trying to sue any (or all) Indie groups to keep their profits in check and to deminish competition. Really this suit is stupid and 100% unfair to all of us, as it's like you can't say "let's get ready to rumble" because some bitch announcer wants to be the only one clear to speak english.

Trademarks vs Freedom of speech and it's not wise for anyone to trample on our amendments, even if it's in the entertainment industry. Not to mention, getting anyone pulling stunts like this to earn the mark of being "anti-american".
