Getting Dizzey When You Get Up
I was wondering if any of you knew what contributed to the dizzeyness and or loss of vision when you get up. Now this used to happen to me on rare occasion, but for the last few months its been happening everytime I get up! At my friends house I hit my head on the top of his couch (Which is solid wood mind you) just because I went out of it for a second, which is beggining to make me think something odd is making this happen, since it just started. I mean im 15 and fit, so I dont see why this is happening. Could it be contributed to eating less (which I've been doing recently) and/or not drinking enough fluids (Ditto)?
