Well, unless one is SUPPOSED to stop moving if you look directly at it, they aren't. But if you look at them all or don't focus your eye, they really do looke like their slowly spinning...

Visual illusions like this are always fun :p

Don't these whole things have something to do with that one area of your vision that you don't actually see, so your brain attempts to fill in the blind spot with whatever is around it, or what not?
