Welp, I think that RWM should go...just to keep things in line. And he said he has a list already ready. Takumi with his incredible answers is bound to get one, I mean most of these answers were pulled outta my @ss.

It's in the merry merry month of May and the guy is jogging through a graveyard. Except he is being chased by a bad man, a very bad man one with a tattoo of "MOM" on his shoulder. He arrives back at his starting point (near an open grave) and the bad guy kills him and he falls head first into the grave. This was an expanded (see: wrong) version of my original answer.
