That's what I thought, yeah I heard this one too... I thought it might have been different :)
I'll answer it but red_war_machine can post the next question since they are much better then mine ;)
You light one fuse at both ends and the other one on one end, when the first fuse dies which would be half the time (30 minutes) light the other end of the second fuse and since that one was burning for 30 minutes already lighting it on the second end would leave 15 minutes for the second fuse to burn out as it would burn twice as fast and it had 30 minutes left :)
