Exactly. Chill out man, we are trying to help.

Reasons you may have been mistaken for a newbie:

1) You made what many percieved to be a typical newbie mistake.
2) You have no avatar or sig that would make you recognizable to the board's regulars.
3) You have a low post count.

You need to relax a little man. Just go with the flow and don't take what ANYBODY says personally.

My avatar got erased when you guys changed systems long time ago. I just never bothered to send it again because i don't post as much as the average TNL board user

You can just upload an avatar from your computer. It's been that way for quite some time now.

There you are. To clear this up I did a little research and the answer is nowhere else but their online store. You should either have somebody else buy one for you, get a new credit card, or browse ebay until one pops up.
