Jason X is funny sort of

Saw this one today and if I didn't know better I would have thought this was a comedy. It wasn't scary and it was short but hey its a new Friday The 13th Movie, though I think the sereis has run its course. How bout that Freddy vs Jason Movie they need to make that. Cool premise though sort of had elements of Event Horizon.

On a side note they showed the trailer for Halloween Resurection with Busta Rhymes who looked out of place but it had the classic Haloween score and Jamie Lee Curtis returns! I can't wait for this I actually prefer Halloween over Friday the !3th.

ya think? I remember reading about this 2 or 3 years ago, but always assumed the "suits" would pull their heads out of their asses, but sweet jesus, here we are today, and Jason Frickin X is in theatres. Only reason I went to see it is to know exactly how bad it is.


That line "It's Ok, he just wanted his machete back" is probably going to be my sig. TOO funny.

And you know what...they left it open for a Jason 11. Or maybe Jason 11 will be Jason vs Freddy. There are about 100 scripts for it. Guarantee at least one will be made into a movie.:P

On a completely unrelated side note...I was thinking of getting the SE Re-Animator DVD but it doesn't have much over the elite disc. So I won't be getting it. If anyone gets it tell me if you think it's better than the old version. Gracias.

Well, I migh try to catch it tomorow, if I get off from work early. I always liked F13th films, I would prefer them over Halloween series anytime. Halloween is way too overpraised, I found all the films in the series extremely boring, especially a first one, which considored being a genre classic. At least F13 films had a lots of fun kill scenes and gore :)

I knew this movie would be crap when I saw the previews in the theater. Apparently I was'nt the only one, because most of the people in the theater busted out laughing while they were showing it.

Jason in space?! What's next? Jason in the Wild West?!!
