I'd like to say Turbo Duo/PC Engine, but honestly a good chunk of the games are pain to find for reasonable prices.
Instead I'll go with:
GAMEBOY ADVANCE
For the most educated members of the game populace, I can't believe the number of people who bash it and blame it for the demise of console 2D. It has nearly every major game series out there and it's competent hardware (especially GBA SP).

actually, i was genesis man back then.Quote:

because of that, i don't see it as a must own system.
While I'm not shocked that most people don't own one, I'm surpised by the number of "educated" gamers on TNL that don't own a PCE, and the comparatively small number of threads devoted to it.Quote:

I dunno, my problem with the DC is that there is only a handful of great games that aren't available on other platforms (MVS/arcade, ps2, XBOX) or are inferior to other current games within the genre. The breadth of the MD library counts for alot IMO.

that's just me though. we already have a thread for this though, so we don't really need to get into it.
I have a GBA. I never play it. I need it like I need another hole in my head. I'm back to using my neo pocket because it doesn't suck.
The dreamcast not only has a pile of great games that were never released on another system, but also ones never released outside Japan.
