You might have some luck at www.cdjapan.co.jp ... I've ordered stuff from there plenty of times. Shipping's from Japan, though.
*points up*
Cdjapan.co.jp :)
Tank'ee! :D
Hmmm. No such luck. I'm looking for both Gun Grave and FLCL. More the latter than the former...but that site doesn't seem to have either, unless I'm screwing up the search.
UPDATE: Found FLCL, thanks to Click_Stick in the FLCL on Cartoon Network thread.
Still no luck on Gun Grave, though.

Isn't that it?
mrsoundtrack.com > He's a personal friend of mine, and he has or can get about anything. A large portion of his living space is occupied with soundtracks and other rare items(games included). Tell him kbuchanan sent you.
Game choice club has it as well, seems to be a different one than Rich posted, more expensive as well.
I don't know how much cdjapan is offering for the FLCL soundtracks, but I picked up both of them at a con for ten bucks each:)
Just a note – if there’s something not on CDJapan’s site try filling out the “Special Request” form. Chances are they’ll find it for you.
Thanks to everyone. :D
system-zero.com had a wicked amount of ost stuff
In case you're not aware of this, or to inform anybody else who is unaware, make sure the place you buy music from is not selling Son May or Everanime soundtracks. These are Taiwanese bootlegs which are often passed off on Ebay (and by some less than reputable online dealers) as being the original versions. For more information, check http://www.digital.anime.org.uk/piratefaq.html#acd
God Bless Son May.
If it wasn't for him (her?), I would have wasted hundreds of hours and dollars more searching for the real product. It wasn't my decision to make a single pressing of a few thousand copies and release it in a country that's half way around the world, right?
I'm not so dumb as to argue which is preferable, but if I have a choice between a bootleg and nothing, I'm not walking away empty handed.
Besides, have you seen how insane some prices are for these things?
Well, much of the stuff isn't too hard to find, and the insanely rare hard to find even in Japan stuff usually isn't bootlegged. You may think you're getting a deal for $15, but you're really getting screwed. Not just the fact that they’re shoddy, but also retailers can usually get them wholesale for a couple bucks each.
I see your point though – stuff’s definitely expensive and something is preferable to nothing, but I usually only see bootlegs of more popular stuff (DBZ, Gundam, Final Fantasy, Eva, etc.).
