Well the Man Utd-Wolverhampton match was fairly unexciting. Van Nistelrooy missed out on scoring in eleven straight...I think...something like that. the squad is getting used to each other and the new players are trying to get comfortable. Ronaldo showed flashes of brilliance, but spent more time lying on the pitch than actually moving with the ball.

I used to be a big Macca fan when he was on Liverpool. It will be very interesting to see how he does back in England as opposed to riding Spanish pine. Maybe he'll wake up Fowler too. :pQuote:

Man City has been busy. I don't remember much of Macca, but I do remember he had a cool name. It was just fun to pronounce: McManamen. Heh. Add Makelele to the list of peopel exiting Madrid. Appears he will head to Chelsea after all. And Viduka will stay with Leeds. That's good cuz I like Viduka. Maybe the smartest thing Leeds has done so far this season.Quote:

Well, United lost to Southampton. It was a poorly played game on United's part and Southampton looked in control the whole match. Just sluggish. Oh well, only 4 games in and I don't think anyone expected them to win every game.

United losing to Soton makes me feel much better about Liverpool's rather sluggish start. ;) How did Anders Svensson look for Soton? He's one of my favourites. :)
I caught the tail end of the Man City - Arse match today. It was pretty entertaining. It's still so weird seeing Fowler in sky blue though.
Anders Svensson played like 5 minutes, but maybe he made the difference cuz Beattie headed home the winner like a minute or two after he came on. :curse: Actually, he really didn't do much. Ah well. Hopefully United will be on track against Charlton cuz they have a pretty frustrating defence.Quote:

In other news, the Montréal Impact won the Voyageurs Cup and were crowned the best team in Canada for the 2nd straight year. It's their third honour this season, after winning the Can-Am Cup and their division. They better do good in the playoffs now! ;)
I found this to be a pretty good summation of Man Utd's troubles.

It's a little bleak, but I'm hoping that the team can pull through this rocky time and hopefully get the team healthy for the long run.

:mad: the manutd soton match was infuriating i was really let down and i was more angry when arsenal won their match i watched the first half of that match and then i had to leave ,
i bring bad luck to arsenal every time i watched a match with them in it they lost i will do my best to watch all their matches :evil: anyways about the ManUtd match i think Ronaldo should have started instead of kleberson he didnt do much except slowing down the attack build up
