I don't have the list, but if you ask the person that lets you into the item world I think they explain it. So you could always ask them and then write it down.

Also, when looking at items, I think the dots represent which stats it's residents will increase.

That's true to an extent. I made the mistake of wandering into some of the fighting game forums once upon a time. I promptly fled. The Legend of Mana one was alright too, as long as you could sift through the junk. Woe to the person who happened upon the FF7 ones though.

Overall though, I liked the guide anyway. I didn't read much beyond the basics (for fear of story spoilers) and some of the interviews they did at the end (hence the quote above)

Yea, the more obscure the forum, generally the better off you are.

And I agree, the guide is good stuff.

I'm off to the FF7 gamefaqs forum, if I don't come back in twenty minutes don't send a search party, presume that SEPHIROTHGOUKI666 has flamed me to my ultimate end.

Shoot I think I screwed up -- I transmigrated Laharl and lost his blazing knuckle and other spells -- are they gone for good because I transmigrated? Crap. I hope not.

I just ordered the guide, too much I want to hit the second time through in this one.

I think you lose character specific abilities when you Transmigrate, but I can't remember the exact text from the game. The person you talk to in order to address the assembly tells you.

Maybe you can re-earn the skill?

Blazing Knuckle is learnable from a Rock Fist. Just equip it on him and have him FSU until he unlocks that skill.

At least, that's how I remember getting it.

Back in July, Digaea was still an obscure import strategy RPG, and its forum really was populated with only hardcore fanatics.

Sometimes I get sick of that old gamefaqs forum joke. Come on, we all go there, at least for the guides. In most cases, if you have a specific question about an obscure game, there's no place better to go--including TNL.
