Combine all of the monsters on the field into a hulking 112 level single enemy, and throw it onto that center square.
1.) Make sure your formation looks like this (sorry it's so messy):
low-level-ally, really-strong-ally, low-level-ally
really-strong-ally, enemy, really-strong-ally
________, really-strong-ally, ________
2.) Make sure the 112th level enemy is an Empusa (Succubus looking girl demon) and NOT a cat demon. I'll explain why later.
3.) Walk your geo switch character (I highly recomend a low level insignificant character that you're not trying to level up) over to the geo switch.
4.) Lift the geo switch from the only square you have access to it, and throw it to the square NEXT TO the yellow geo pannel. Do NOT throw it directly on top of the yellow pannel.
5.) Place your geo-switching character on the yellow pannel.
***EVERY ACTION DESCRIBED HEREAFTER TAKES PLACE IN A SINGLE ROUND***
6.) Lift the geo switch.
7.) Attack the enemy with the ally who is flanked by the allys you're trying to level, and only attack with this single ally. Execute the action.
8.) After the attack, which may or may not combo, walk the two allys you're trying to level next to the character who has open squares on either side. Attack with the character who is now flanked by the levelers. Execute the action.
9.) Throw the geo switch on either of the red pannels directly next to the yellow one your character is standing on. End your turn. The enemy will not be able to harm you.
10.) Repeat as needed from step number 6.
The only way for the enemy to hurt you is if she counter attacks. This is the reason you must make sure the enemy is an Empusa. The high level cat chicks counter attack every attack they suffer.
You can, if you want, modify the grid layout to include two extra low-level characters to level up, and attack with all of your strong allys, but you'll give up a tiny measure of control over who levels-up in the process.
Also, it's a good idea to widdle down the enemy's HP before trying the pattern, as it could take a long time if you don't, but always remember to set the geo switch back down on a red square before you end your turn.
Also, comboing raises your bonus meter, so if you want, you can leave the field invulnerable and combo the Hell out of the enemy, raising your bonus meter, and finishing her off with the above method after you're satisfied. :)
And there you have it. Instant 30th level characters, and a whole bunch of bonus crap on every visit! :D
Thanks goes to Fury Fox for inspiring me to come up with this method. :D
