Because lyrically, it is one of Snoop's WORST songs. When Pharell upstages and shits all over him on a cd on Snoop's own cd, then you know that he's lost what it takes.

This is on the bottom end of all of Snoop Dogg's songs, even his No Limit stuff was lyrically better.

Like I said earlier, when Pharell is outclassing one of the "old greats" on Snoop's own song and cd, then there's a huge problem.
