I imagine it's a projectile only in the loosest sense, but I would like to have something akin to Caffeine Nicotine's ability to throw peices of paper on the ground that turned into things. I would sic my zany toony characters to comedically manipulate my foes in a way that makes Disney's Stitch seem like a sleepy poodle.

I'd take akuma's super fireball from alpha 2.
