Possible Batmen

I never thought about it, but Christian Bale would be kick-ass. Reign of Fire was a b movie, but he was really good in it. Guy Peirce would be great, too. I really wished he would've played Daredevil, there were rumors about it at the time and I remember watching Memento thinking he'd be perfect to play Matt Murdock. Anyways, at least the film is off to a good start with Nolan as director, and I even like the pre-production title (Intimidation).

Oh man ...

Christian Bale would do a fantastic job !

Such a damn good actor ..

Eion, by far, has the right facial structure for Bruce Wayne. He also looks sorta like Keaton when he was young.

Bale was great in Equilibrium, and he is very physical, so he can be great in action/fight scenes in new Batman film, plus he is quite a talented actor too :)

You know, I would personally pick Colin Farell since he has the look and all he needs to do is maybe beef up a bit more for the part. Unfortunately this guy has had a ton of films already making him too popular too fast and people probably would be against it for that reason.

I personally think he should have stuck with Minority Report, Phone Booth and Daredevil to maintain some good film credits then jump onto high profile franchise like Batman.

I'm iffy on Chrisitan Bale but if they pick him and he does right then color me surprised.

It would be cool if they mixed the two if its possible. Make grey leather or some type of non-spandex looking material for the shirt and leg pants areas with the cape, cowl, gloves, boots, and insignia black with a dark yellow leather or metallic utility belt. I dunno about the 'underwear over the tights' thing, I'd probably make it look more armor'ish or something depends how it would fit into the overall design without looking uncool.

I'd also like to see them experiment with not giving Batman pupils possibly by doing a Spiderman type eye piece over the eye slits since it makes him look more creepy and totally different from his Bruce Wayne persona.

If not I'd likely still go along with the all black costume as I like it alot as well.

I guess that would be pretty neat to try out, but looking at his eyes in past batman films adds a little to the emotion of his character the whole time he's being serious (like there's a time he isn't), so I wouldn't go with it.

I think the whole "underwear over costume" issue needs to die off and go away. Not only does it look silly, but it's gay as hell and makes them look like they're fighting in some weird pajamas (which is something grown men shouldn't be doing anyway :lol:). Even superman should be able to benefit from that!
